LUX was founded with the purpose of providing a company that creates opportunity for its current & future employees to grow both personally and professionally and maintain a "people first" culture for our team, our clients, & our community. We are a woman-owned company with a management team who has 40+ years of combined experience in the utility power & fiber construction industries for investor owned utilities, electric cooperatives, & municipalities.

- Overhead distribution power line construction - pole replacements, reconductoring, new construction, make-ready & fiber installation.
- Aerial/Underground fiber optic construction – overhead fiber optic line construction (ADSS /Strand & Lash).
- Solar O&M - Solar site maintenance including: vegetative maintenance, panel cleaning, animal intrusion, soil erosion, & system damage repair.
- Storm Response - Emergency response restoration for overhead distribution power & fiber disruptions caused by hurricanes, thunderstorms, wind storms (derechos), ice storms, & snow storms

People are irreplaceable...safety is always our number one focus in everything that we do. Our team provides continual training on safety and we ensure that all trucks & equipment are properly inspected and certified based on OSHA and ANSI requirements.
LUX is a proud member of both ISNetworld and Avetta which upholds stringent safety program qualification standards for all vendor EHS written programs, OSHA, TRIR, & EMR reporting.
